Objectives
The MA-S.F.E.L. Online program will provide education, resources, and guidance:
1. To help its students to be deeply rooted in and understand their religious heritage so that they may have firm foundation as Christian workers. (Religious Heritage)
2. To nurture them to achieve spiritual maturity and personal formation as pastors, counselors, or educators. (Spiritual Formation)
3. To assist them to be keenly aware of the cultural and global contexts they must work as Christian workers. (Cultural Contexts)
4. To enable them to develop the capacity to be leaders of ecclesial or public domain they are called to serve. (Leadership)

Program Description
The 36-credit Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Educational Leadership (MA-S.F.E.L.) Online program is offered in an online learning format to explore the integration of Christian spiritual formation, spiritual intelligence (SQ), and educational leadership. Designed for those serving in educational, church, or faith-based contexts, the program equips students to nurture their own spiritual lives while also gaining the vision and practical skills to lead and educate others. Drawing from classical spiritual practices and contemporary leadership theory, the program fosters transformative leadership that responds to the moral, relational, and organizational challenges of today’s educational environments.
