Program Description
The Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) concentration is a specialized track within the 36-credit MA-S.F.E.L.
program. It provides an academically rigorous and interdisciplinary focus on spiritual formation,
theological reflection, leadership theory, and applied ministry praxis.
Designed for students pursuing leadership in educational, church, or faith-based contexts, this concentration equips learners to enhance their own spiritual lives while developing practical strategies for leading, mentoring, and educating others. Drawing on classical spiritual practices, contemporary leadership theory, and applied ministry experience, the SQ concentration fosters leaders capable of navigating complex moral, relational, and organizational challenges in today’s faith and educational settings.
